In March 2002 PERVOURALSKY NOVOTRUBNY WORKS incorporated a new marketing company
- TIRUS-STAINLESS J-S Co. - which is an exclusive distributing agent of the mill
in stainless steel tubes and pipes.
TIRUS-STAINLESS’s product list covers a broad range of seamless steel tubes and
pipes of austenitic, semi-ferritic and ferritic grades aimed at oil and gas, chemical
and petrochemical, heat and nuclear power, steel processing, engineering and construction,
aircraft and shipbuilding, cellulose and paper industries.
The production of seamless stainless steel tubes at PERVOURALSKY NOVOTRUBNY WORKS
is carried out in the two major shops.
The facilities of the hot rolling shop are aimed to produce the tubes in sizes
ranging from OD of 76 mm up to 159 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm up to 26 mm.
Hot-rolled tubes are also used as raw material for further processing and
production of cold-finished and warm-finished tubes with OD 5-133 mm,
WT 0,2-12 mm in the cold finishing mill.

The tubes can be produced in random and fixed length. Maximum length of the tubes is 16.000,0 mm.
The products are tested in mechanical and chemical properties.
TIRUS-STAINLESS and PERVOURALSKY NOVOTRUBNY WORKS have a production and stock
capacity, as well as flexible structure able to satisfy short delivery demand
and quality standard of the tubes.
